We are seeking for a sales executive – Digital Marketing having a strong understanding of market dynamics and marketing services sales process. You will play a crucial role in achieving service revenue targets and growing the markets. You will be selling digital marketing, design services, SEO, Social Media, mobile app development, CMS based website development and content development services. The person will be responsible for developing sales pipeline, winning new marketing opportunities and revenue generation. Marketing Services; the candidate should be self-driven and able to execute the digital sales strategy independently.

Job description:

Develop and strategically execute sales plan for target markets
Schedule appointments, deliver presentations and proposals and engage account till final closure
Develop a strong sales pipeline
Interact with delivery teams and SMEs to get appropriate analysis of clients requirements and deliver them to client timely with conviction
Complete the monthly revenue target successfully
Travel to designated offices whenever required
Target geographies (UAE) and should be willing to work based on sales priorities, Account management and growth

Skills and Qualifications:

Preferably a business degree but not mandatory
Should have a clear understanding of digital marketing services, creative services and mobile app design and development.
2 to 3 years of sales and revenue generation experience in UAE
Experience in selling digital marketing is a must.
Excellent organization and communications skills

Role and Responsibilties:

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Requirements:

2-5 years of work experience in Digital Marketing

Job Information

The Graphic Designer/ Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing or creating graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. May use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
Use computer software to generate new images.
Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed
Confer with sales and marketing team and managers to discuss and determine layout design.

Proficiency on both MAC and PC platforms
Should have a portfolio of sample works to provide for review
Proficiency and understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Knowledge of animation, video and audio editing software is a plus
Ability to maintain social content for large number of communities
